Construction Trades License Training Corporation has announced their plan for two license renewal courses in 2012. Completion of an approved 7-hour continuing education course is required by the Department of Buildings for both Licensed Master Plumbers and License Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractors. This course will satisfy the need for both license renewals. Under the new 2008 Administrative Section of the NYC Building Code, the course can be taken any time within the 24 months prior to the expiration of the license. License renewals are required every three years.
